I finally got rid of 503 error and capacity problems by moving MsMoneyGirl.net from Godaddy to a HostGator server. It seemed like all of my components needed to be re-installed and configured, but I'm glad to see that the problem no loner exists. However, I've missed out on gaining a few new MsMoneyGirl.net Link Partners because they were unable to log in. The problem came to my attention when I recieved an email from an interested website owner who wanting to exchange links. Somehow, my SEF component failed to honor the login module. There are a number of folks over at the Joomla Community Forum that have experienced the same problem. So I thought it would be helpful to post a solution...
Login Not Working with SEF On Joomla - A Problem Solution One solution is to ditch your current SEF component and upload the JPromoter v - Joomla SEO Great Tool. I'm using it, and it works just fine. MsMoneyGirl.net users are now able to login and create new accounts from the front end. And now I can partner with other website owners on the MsMoneyGirl.net Link Partners page. Feel free to contact me if you need help installing the JPromoter v - Joomla SEO Great Tool. Welcome to MsMoneyGirl.net! I hope that you'ved enjoyed your visit.
