Thank you for visiting MsMoneygirl.net. This is the first website that I am managing with Joomla and I am now knowledgeable that the RSS Feed for Joomla only displays whats on the frontpage. Here is what I mean, click here . Editing My Joomla RSS Feed
Finally, I am scratching this problem off my to-do list. I did a google search for edit joomla rss. That is when I found out how to set up my joomla rss feed. My new finding directed me to download and upload a new component, rd_rss. The page where you can get the download is in another language. Therefore, I am making it available here on my site for those who prefer english with intrstuctions on how to edit your own joomla rss feed. Here's the Download and a little assistance: rd_rss.zip 1. Unzip the download, and Zip the files into a file package on your hard drive. 2. In your Joomla admin menu, goto the Installers Menu then Components. 3. Upload your package file from your hard drive. 4. Select "RD RSS " from your Components Menu. 5. Edit your item or create a new item that includes more or all of your content. 6. Edit your Syndicate in the Components Menu. (recommended) 7. You can take an extra step to configure your new feed with Feedburner. Here's my Feedburner feed for MsMoneyGirl.net. Congratulations, now all of your content is published for your readers instead of the selected few items that are displayed on your front page. If you've found this helpful, digg it !
