Bishop Jakes introduces the book with an personal account of his own family life that refers to being informed about his daughter's decisions to marry.
His daughter recently wedded and pictures from her fairy tale wedding can be seen here.
From this point on, we can probably expect a fatherly wisdom shared throughout this book. Jakes is concerned not about a big beautiful wedding for his beloved daughter, "but on the far more difficult process of marriage that would follow it".
As I read on, I see that its a written preach that imparts wisdom of the process to his daughter and her mate. This is a simple review so please check it for yourself to not miss the knowledge made available to you just in the book's intro. Its great to see Bishop T. D. Jakes speaking not only to his own daughter, but to all daughters.
This seems like enough to say about the intro but I just cant stop here.
