This Before You Commit - Research chapter guides partners to use the same buiness principles of Research and Develpment, R&D, for products when it comes to searching out your mate.
Bishop T. D. Jakes suggests an upfront approach. I've experienced times where people are a little resistant when I lead them to put all the cards on the table upfront. These type peole prefer to put them out after the agreement is already made. Why? Well then is the perfect time for them to get over. Its a simple "oh well" when I see this a mile away and let the person know its not happening.
This book suggests four areas of research: (1) Expectation, (2) Interrogation, (3) Observation, and (4) Investigation. Are you ready to set these things up to know more about your date?
I'd leave a man guessing and then disqualify him because he cannot fulfill and expectation that was never discussed at times. Why this differ? In certain situations, not all, I'd rather see things come naturally and from the heart and not just because I gave the instruction. My expectation is a man on the same page as me or not far from it. Btw, I'm on page 127 reading the interrogation idea of 20 questions.
Understanding someone's language is a good point made by Bishop T. D. Jakes. This is an effort I need to make all the time. I always find myself communicating with people that will make a statement using some one else's name. How confusing is that? Always after some thought about what was said, I realize that it was actually me they were referring to.
